Özet

Entrepreneurship is an organization that becomes increasingly important for national economies and becomes a reflection of a strong economy. In order to determine the place of this structuring in the country's economy, the effect of entrepreneurship on economic growth was investigated with the help of spatial econometric models. While per capita income is included as the dependent variable in the model, employment rate, population over the age of 15 and export rate are considered as independent variables. In practice, spatial models were analyzed with different neighborhood matrices under three subheadings: Spatial Durbin, spatial delay and spatial error. Model predictions were made using the maximum likelihood (ML) method. Short term and longterm relationships were examined with spatial dynamic Durbin modelling. According to the findings obtained as a result of the estimation; It was observed that there were differences between the matrices used and the significance of the variables. In addition to detecting a significant effect of the number of entrepreneurs on income, it is also seen that this effect may have a more widespread power as the number of neighborhoods increases.
