The aim of this research is to examine how child poverty policies in Turkey have developed and how solutions are defined. The Multiple Streams Framework, which assumes that public policies are formed by the combination of problems, policies, and politics, is used as the research method. In the study, document scanning technique was used to collect data and the data were analyzed by content analysis. This study, which deals with child poverty, has revealed that there is a problem flow in this regard, but the policy flow has not been realized effectively.
