  Muhasebe meslek mensuplarında duygusal emek ve örgütsel bağlılığın ilişkisi; bayburt, gümüşhane illerinde bir araştırma

  Bu çalışmanın amacı, duygusal emek ve örgütsel bağlılığın muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerindeki ilişkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Analizler sonucunda duygusal emek ve örgütsel bağlılık arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı elde edilmiştir. Duygusal emek alt boyutlarını oluşturan yüzeysel davranış, derin davranış ve samimi davranış ile örgütsel bağlılık alt boyutları olan duygusal bağlılık, devam bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık arasında ki ilişkilerin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilen analiz neticesinde, sadece samimi davranış boyutu ile devam bağlılığı boyutu arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Diğer alt boyutlar arasında pozitif ya da negatif yönlü ilişki tespit edilmemiştir.

  Investigating the relations between coffee prices and the growth of selected coffee exporting countries

  Coffee, one of the most important commodities traded in the world, is mainly grown in Latin America and Africa under certain altitudes and climatic conditions. In this study, causality relationships between world coffee prices and GDPs of four coffee producer countries, two from Latin America (Brazil and Colombia) and two from Africa (Kenya and Ethiopia), were tested. Using the series from 1981-2021, the relationships were investigated empirically with Engle-Granger cointegration analysis, error correction model, and Toda-Yamamoto causality methods. According to the analysis, while unidirectional causality between GDP and world coffee price was found for Brazil, Colombia, and Kenya, there was no causality for Ethiopia. As a result of the Engle-Granger cointegration analysis, which tests the long-term relationship, a significant relationship has been found between GDP and coffee prices for all selected countries. According to the results of the error correction model results model that tests the short-term relationship, the relationship between GDP and world coffee price is obtained for Brazil and Colombia. However, such a relationship could not be found in Kenya and Ethiopia.

  Economic growth, renewable energy, and inflation: interconnections of a triangle

  The primary objective of any nation's economy is to achieve economic stability and a high standard of living. This can be attained through sustainable economic growth. However, global economic competition often brings about challenges, one of which is the increasing demand for energy products driven by population growth. Historically, this demand has been predominantly met by fossil fuels, but due to resource depletion and environmental concerns, there has been a growing interest in alternative energy sources. This shift towards renewable energy has become a global trend. The energy sector serves as a key indicator of a nation's prosperity and development, with renewable energy production, transportation, and costs being vital metrics of development. For Turkey, like many developing nations, investing in renewable energy is crucial for sustainable growth. This study explores the relationship between renewable energy, economic growth, and inflation in Turkey from 1975 to 2022. It examines the process of economic growth in the first part, followed by an analysis of energy dynamics and inflation in subsequent sections. The study employs unit root tests such as ADF and PP, along with the Toda-Yamamoto causality test, using available data. The final results are then interpreted.
