Quality product production plays a very important role in the development process of the world countries. Accordingly, many developed and developing countries give more importance to this matter day by day and continue to increase their efforts to produce high value-added products. From this point of view, the study examined the correlation between the research and development expenditures and high quality product export of the BRICS and MIST country groups via panel data method for the 2000-2015 period. According to the results acquired, it was revealed that there was a unidirectional causality correlation from high-tech product export to R & D expenditures in China, Turkey and Brasil and that correlation was observed to be bidirectional in South Korea. Direct foreign capital inflow in countries such as China and Brasil increased the technology transfer and the technology transfer increased the quality product expert.

Bu çalışmanın amacı ekonomik özgürlüklerle büyüme arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Özgürlükler ile büyüme ve gelişme arasında 1980'li yıllardan önce büyümenin özgürlükler doğuracağı anlayışı hâkim iken bu tarihten sonra özgürlükler büyüme doğurabilir anlayışı daha ağır basmaya başlamıştır. Nitekim literatürde bu ikisini destekleyen çalışmalara rastlanmaktadır. Özgürlükler ve büyüme ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar genellikle gelişmiş ülkeler, geçiş ekonomileri, OECD ülkeleri ve tek tek ülke örnekleri üzerinde olmuştur. Bu çalışma 19982013 yılları arasında İslam İşbirliği Teşkilatına üye olan 17 ülkenin genel ekonomik özgürlüğü ile ekonomik özgürlüğün alt dalları olan kriterlerin ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkilerini tahmin etmektedir. Yapılan analiz ve değerlendirme sonucunda ekonomik özgürlüklerin büyümeyi olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

There are different kinds of views about international migration movements on countries’ economics. Some of views supported that migrant, affected on emigrant countries’ economies negatively, other views supported that migrant affected on emigrant countries’ economies positively. However; accepted opinion is that the migrants, who have advantages of the knowledge of both homeland and where they live, affect the movements of international trade between the country they emigrated and the country where they live. Thus, there are studies in support of this situation in national and international literatures. However, this studies intended to regions and countries which occur mobilities of foreign trade intensely. In in this study differently from other studies tried to investigate situation of potential markets by selecting MENA regions which involve to as some of Middle East and North Africa countries in the some of books and in addition to some Central Asia countries. In this study, according to Labour of Social and Security Ministry of data in 2014 twenty countries are determined that are situated the highest Turkish immigrants and whether immigrants affect foreign trade between, if ıt effects, in related to a direction effect a study had been n gotten. In this study, extended gravity model which based on panel data set in the period of 2004 – 2013 has been used. And also, the effect of the number of immigrants has been studied by modeling foreign trade in general and its components separately. According to the results of the study, It has been found that the migration to these countries from turkey have a positive effect on Turkey imports

Yoksulluğun azaltılmasında kullanılan önemli politika araçlarından birisi de mikro kredi uygulamasıdır. Bangladeş'te Muhammed Yunus tarafından başlatılan ve diğer gelişmekte olan ekonomilerde de yaygınlaşan mikro kredi, gelir dağılımından olumsuz yönde etkilenen kesimler özellikle de kadınlar için gelir yaratmayı amaçlayan bir programdır. Bu bağlamda mikro kredi, istihdamı arttırarak yoksul insanların gelirinin arttırılmasına, sosyal ve ekonomik gelişmenin sağlanmasına katkıda bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı mikro kredinin kadın istihdamını ve kadınların gelirini arttırmada etkili olup olmadığını TRA1 bölgesi için ( Erzurum Erzincan, Bayburt) değerlendirmek ve ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre mikro krediden yararlanan ailelerin gelirlerinde ve kadın işgücüne katılım oranında artış olduğu belirtilmektedir
