This is a descriptive study employing the survey model. The study investigated the general developmental level, social skills and social behavior of the 3-6 year olds attending pre-school institutions and whether they vary depending on some variables. In this connection, whether the pre-school children’s developmental characteristics, social skills and social behaviors vary depending on their age, gender and developmental status was explored. Working group of the research is composed of 151 children. The data of the study were collected through the interviews conducted with the parents and teachers of the children in the study group and the applications carried out with the children. In the analysis of the collected data, parametric and non-parametric statistics were used
