Kadınlarla ilgili hükümler açısından Konyalı Mehmet Vehbi Efendi ve Sait Şimşek tefsirleri

"Kadınlarla İlgili Hükümler Açısından Konyalı Mehmet Vehbi Efendi ve Sait Şimşek Tefsirleri" isimli çalışmamız da Kur'an-ı Kerim'de kadın ile ilgili hükümleri ilgili âyetler ışığında ele alıp, tezimizin ana kaynağı olan iki eserin bu âyetlere yaklaşımını mukayese ederek, İslam'ın kadına verdiği değeri anlamaya çalıştık. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusu ve problemi, amacı, önemi ve sınırlılıkları ile her iki eser ve yazarları hakkında bilgi verdik. Birinci bölümde Tevrat, İncil ve Kur'an'a göre kadının yaratılışı ile İslam öncesi medeniyetlerde ve İslam'da kadının konumunu inceledik. İkinci bölümde ibadet hükümleri açısından, kadınlara özel durumlar ve kadının örtünmesi konularını Hülasâtü'l-Beyân ve Hayat Kaynağı Kur'an tefsirlerini mukayese ederek ben-zer ve farklı yorumlara dikkat çektik. Üçüncü bölümde hukuki hükümler açısından kadının konumunu aynı şekilde Hü-lasâtü'l-Beyân ile Hayat Kaynağı Kur'an Tefsirlerini mukayese ederek inceledik.

In our study "İnterpretation of Konyalı Mehmet Vehbi and Sait Şimşek in terms of provisions concerning women'' we handle the provisions of the Quran in the light of the rele-vant verses about women, comparing the approach of these two verses which are the mainurce of our thesis, we tried to understand the value Islam attaches to women. Our study consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the introduction part, we gave information about the subject and problem of the thesis, its purpose, importance and limitations and both works and authors. In the first chapter, we examined the creation of women according to the Torah, the Bible and the Qur'an and the position of women in pre-Islamic civilizations and Islam. In the second part, we examined the special situations of women and the veils of wo-men in terms of worship provisions. In the third chapter, we examined the position of women in terms of legal provisions.
