Bir başka ifadeyle örgütsel sinizm, kişilerin üyesi oldukları örgütlerde, ahlaki çerçevenin olmadığına olan inançları ve örgüt çıkarlarının ön planda tutulduğu yönündeki düşünceleridir.</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="en">In this thesis, the focus is on the relationship between the two concepts. The first is organizational gossip, and the second is the concept of organizational cynicism. Organizational gossip is defined as informal conversations by at least two people about a third person who is not present. In other words, they are conversations between employees aimed at defaming someone. Organizational cynicism; It can be defined as the distrust that arises in the individual in the event that the wishes of the individual are not met within the organization and the promises made by the administrations are not fulfilled. In other words, organizational cynicism is people's belief that there is no moral framework in the organizations they are members of and their thoughts that organizational interests are prioritized.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Bayburt University</dc:publisher><dc:date>2022</dc:date><dc:type>Master Thesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/bayburt/17213</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://bayburt-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/bayburt/17213</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
