Bu amaçla ilk olarak konuya ilişkin yerli ve yabancı literatür taranarak kavramsal çerçeve oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra algılanan örgütsel destek ve hizmetkar liderliğin duygusal bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla Erzurum ve Trabzon'da faaliyet gösteren özel hastanelerde çalışan personel üzerinde bir alan çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programında analiz edilerek araştırmanın hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda algılanan örgütsel destek ve hizmetkar liderliğin duygusal bağlılığı olumlu yönde etkilediği, algılanan örgütsel destek ve hizmetkar liderlik arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ve hizmetkar liderliğin algılanan örgütsel destek ve duygusal bağlılık arasında kısmi aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and servant leadership on affective commitment. For this purpose the native and foreign literature on the subject formed the conceptual framework. Then, a field study was carried out in Erzurum and Trabzon with the staff working of private hospital to investigate the impact of perceived organizational support and servant leadership on affective commitment. The research hypotheses were tested by the obtained data which were analyzed with SPSS.
