The results of spectrophotometric titration experiments disclosed the complexation stoichiometry and complex stability constant of the novel ligand with Fe 2+ , Fe 3+ , Al 3+ , Cd 2+ , Cu 2+ , Zn 2+ , Pb 2+ and Hg 2+ cations.
