Using the ARDL model, Toda-Yamamoto causality test, and structural break analysis, the findings reveal a reversal in the inflation-interest rate relationship after the policy change. The results suggest that the observed dynamics may reflect not a temporary anomaly but a structural transformation aligned with the Neo-Fisher effect, offering critical insights into the effectiveness of monetary policy under changing regimes.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Sosyoekonomi Society</dc:publisher><dc:date>2026</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/bayburt/12741</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.17233/sosyoekonomi.2026.03.24</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>1305-5577</dc:identifier><dc:language>tr</dc:language><dc:relation>Sosyoekonomi</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://bayburt-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/bayburt/12741</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
