The catalyst was found to be applicable for the asymmetric FC alkylation of pyrrole with a wide range of nitroalkenes, affording optically active alkylated pyrroles with enantioselectivities up to 94%. Furthermore, enantiomerically pure 3-nitro-2-arylpropanamides were prepared by the oxidative cleavage of the pyrrole rings in the FC products with NaIO4/RuCl3 to demonstrate the synthetic application of the products.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Elsevier Ltd</dc:publisher><dc:date>2015</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/bayburt/12338</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tet.2015.03.059</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0040-4020</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Tetrahedron</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://bayburt-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/bayburt/12338</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
