We first establish the Bartsch–Pankov–Wang type compact embedding theorem for the fractional Sobolev spaces. Then multiplicity results are obtained by using the variational method, (S+) mapping theory and Krasnoselskii’s genus theory.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Springer</dc:publisher><dc:date>2019</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/bayburt/12034</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1007/s12044-019-0515-7</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0253-4142</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Proceedings of the Indian Academy of Sciences: Mathematical Sciences</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://bayburt-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/bayburt/12034</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
