It is applicable for dispersive samples and does not require thickness information. Simulations of nondisperive and dispersive samples are performed to validate our method. Dielectric constant measurements of polyethylene and polyoxymethylene samples (9-11 GHz) are carried out to examine the accuracy of our method.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.</dc:publisher><dc:date>2022</dc:date><dc:type>Article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/bayburt/11726</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1109/tap.2022.3209712</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>0018-926X</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://bayburt-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/bayburt/11726</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
